ADMISSION PROCESS
AT PENNSCHOOL
Parents and students will be consulted about the learning programs, admission process, facilities, extracurricular activities, admission requirements, school rules, fees, transportation, and summer courses based on the official policies of PennSchool and the Vietnam Minister of Education and Training (MOET).
Students of all grade levels, when registering for the IAP program, will take an entrance exam and undergo an interview with the School Counsellor.
- The International American Program: The entrance exam will be an interview with foreign teachers.
- The Vietnam – American Integrated Bilingual Program: The entrance exam will be an interview with Vietnamese and foreign teachers.

- The Vietnam – American Integrated Bilingual Program:
+ Prospective students will take a paper test in bilingual and an interview in English. The paper test will examine students’ proficiency in English, Mathematics, and Literature (in Vietnamese). •
+Duration: 2 – 3 hours
+Exam Date: Please contact the Admissions Department to receive an appropriate entrance exam schedule. Parents will be notified by the School, typically either of the results or a Letter of Offer within a minimum of 3 to 5 working days, based on the exam results along with the comments received from the Academic Council.
- Once you receive a Letter of Offer, Parents must submit the Admission Fee within 5 days for enrollment confirmation and seat reservation for your child.
